Which is better -H/W Networking or Web designing?I am 36 yrs old man.I joined a PHP firm as a developer but i found the job too boring.

I am very confused.Medical representative or Hardware Networking career or PHP?I tried M.R. job but it has lots of pressure and sales targets.Also is it wise to get work in Medical representative(pharma medicine sale) by reference?Or I take the risk of joining a new course in networking at this age?
