Which is better HBTU for electrical or chemical engineering for considering government job?

Electrical engineering is better in terms of GATE/ESE point of view, however, hardly any PSUs visit HBTU based on two to three years of experience.

For sure, electrical engineering. It is itself a vast field and have numerous options in the various government organization. But, it also depends upon your interest.
