which is better HCST of SHARDA UNI offering btech degree with almost two lakh more fee than l8r or RSR-RUNGTA ENG CLEGE offring a BE degree.

i am gonna tak adm in a eng college now i hve two opt to choose one is HCST (SHARDA UNI) offring a BTECH degree and other is RSR- rungta eng clege offering a BE degr. now i shud go for which one ? also in rungta engineering courses arnt NBA accrediated. plz guys hlp me i hav to tak adm in two days.
