Hi Gourav,
It is tough to state which college is better as every institute has it's own plus and minus points. You need to check certain parameters before joining any institute such as :
-recognition,
-success rate,
-how old the institute is,
-course details,
-faculty,
-alumni feedback,
-f

CV RAMAN is better in my opinion from IEM,Kolkata.
