Which is better IIIT Bhubaneswar ECE or IIIT Kalyani CSE?

I'm from West Bengal and I won't need hostel accommodation if I join iiit kalyani.

IIIT kalyani would be a better option. Depending upon rank, faculty and performance based on placements and all I will prefer you go to IIIT kalyani. Also it would be near to your home and it provides a good exposure. So best of luck.
