<p>IIT Delhi is ranked 13 by India Today 2023 under the Engineering (Government) category and 75 by NIRF 2023 under the Engineering category. IIIT Pune is also one of the best ranked IIITs present in India. The infrastrutcure of both the college is quite good. Both the college provide placement assistance to students. IIIT Delhi is quite famous for its BTech course. Hence, one can't say which is better. The final decision depends on the student basis what he/she is looking for in a college or university.</p>
