    Hello Avinash,
    Greetings of the day.
In my opinion, IILM is far better than Jaipuria College.
As in terms of faculty, students and more important placement.
IILM average is around 5 lacs which is pretty good.

IILM's BBA programme is structured in the following way:

  • Year 1: Focuses on basic business principles such as management fundamentals, communication, and basic economics/accounting/quantitative reasoning that lay the groundwork for all future specializations.

  • Year 2: Students begin to pick electives (multi-disciplinary and discipline-specific); the programme integrates technology and modern tools (especially in tracks like Business Analytics or AI). Electives like E-commerce, Money and Banking, as well as out-of-course electives like Media and Cultural Studies, Modern Political Thought, Sustainable Fashion, etc., are offered.

Yes, BBA at IILM Gurugram integrates modern business tools, analytics, and even AI/tech along with traditional management theory. The course offers electives and core subjects in the areas of Business Analytics, Statistics, AI and ML, Python, etc.

The aim of the BBA programme is to prepare “future-ready” managers who understand both business and data/technology. For example, under “Business Analytics, ” students are exposed to data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.

There is also exposure to SPSS, Power BI, and other advanced Excel functions.

Yes!

  • Excel is a must. We use it for analytics, finance assignments, and data exercises.
  • SPSS is introduced in research-based subjects.
  • Canva is used in marketing presentations and branding assignments.
  • Power BI is introduced in some analytics electives.

These tools help a lot because companies expect BBA grads to know at least basic data and presentation tools.

IILM prepares students well for higher education. Since assignments are research-heavy and presentation-focused, you naturally develop skills like critical thinking, referencing, academic writing, and public speaking.

Professors guide students on:

  • how to write SOPs

  • how to choose universities

  • how to build a strong academic profile

  • which courses to take for future specialization

Students aiming for an MBA or studying abroad find the curriculum very helpful because it builds both academic depth and extracurricular participation, which is valued by foreign universities.
