Absolutely, both college are good for engineering of take admission in any branch. If you have both choice to take admission then prefer first choice IIT Guwahati CSE as compare to IIT BHU CSE. IIT Guwahati campus, placement and other activities are very good but IIT BHU is also good and NIRF ranking of IIT Guwahati 7 and IIT BHU nirf rankinf 13.
