Which is better IIT, Ropar CSE or NSIT, COE and why?

No doubt that IIT are always better institutions than any other engineering colleges. They provide you the best environment for study and research. Our Indian government also focus on these IITs in order to make them centre of excellence and promote research activities there.
So according to me IIT Ropar should be prefered. -
No doubt, IIT Ropar is the best option. Placement, brand value, environment are the things which you should keep in mind during the selection of a college. After doing a research you will come to know that IIT ropar is the best choice.
