Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar is popularly known as LPU is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and this year the highest CTC stood at INR 3 CPA which was 1.5 times higher than the last year. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 62.72 LPA. A total of 8400 Job and Internship offers were made. Cognizant recruited the maximum number of students (1410+ Students) followed by Capgemini which recruited 770+ Students. A students of B.Tech CSE/IT was offered a package of INR 49.4 LPA by Paloalto. A total of 383 students have been placed at the packages of INR 10-64 LPA. LPU Placements 2021 offered over 1200 offerings to students of the 2021 batch on day one. A total of 8500 students were placed. The highest CTC stood at INR 42 LPA which was offered by Microsoft to the engineering students whereas INR 21 LPA was offered to the Management students by Trident. LPU made a remarkable achievement during the Covid-19 times by placing 428 students in Capgemini and 739 in Cognizant. In the Summer Internship Placement Drive of 2020 the highest stipend stood at INR 80K. As a student I can share the actual fact and figures about the placement of LPU. LPU has one of the best placement records in the whole of India and that is why students want to join LPU to get placed. Right from Google to Microsoft, LPU alumni are working with the top brands at the package of 1 crore and above. Annually, more than 450 brands come to LPU to recruit the students, where 90% of them are MNCs. Moreover, 80+ companies that recruit from IITs and NITs also recruit from LPU. Over the last three years, Cognizant alone has recruited 1900+ students from LPU campus and has been titled with the Most Employable Students consecutively twice in a row by the India's top talent company Aspiring Minds. Barring few names in south, there are hardly any college which can boast of such tall records. As per their Statistics 800+ Recruiters have hired LPU students, Rs 64Lac the highest Salary package availed with 250+ Companies offering Dream Packages with 110+ Recruiters of IITs/Iims/NITs also hire from LPU along with this Rs 80k the highest Internship Stipend per month was offered.

Ofcourse LPU! I am saying this because as per the recent rankings released by Times higher education 2022, Lpu is among the top 74 to university globally. And it is a proud moment for LPU as only A few universities of India can make their presence in that list and LPU is one of them. Now coming to placements of Lpu, Lpu is a university that is doing excellent when it comes to placements. Talking about the highest placement records helps LPU has the highest placement record of 3 crore by an MNC in Germany and 64 LPA bagged by a student of LPU offered by Google. Last year the package was 42 LPA (the highest in the region) offered by Microsoft. Another whopping package bagged is 48 LPA, 46.4 LPA, 35 LPA, 30 LPA by LPU students. There are a lot of companies that visit Lpu every year almost like 1600 for campus recruitment of Lpu students and this is the reason more than 8500 offers made to LPU students.
