SIES has a decent performance in placements, when it comes to Finance and excellent for marketing, and as far as teaching is concerned the finance faculty lacks experience and ability to convey the knowledge they possess. On the other hand faculty for marketing has vast experience of the marketing sector and are very impressive when it comes to teaching skills. Good luck.

    Hi,
Firstly, you need identity your interest field. Both are best at their place. If we compare between them in marketing, there is very high growth rate and in finance its compare to less. You have to be in field for higher time in marketing and its finance its less. PACKAGE is competitively high in finance and in marketing its less. Higher requirement of marketers and less in finance. So these are the some finches that will help you to identify between finance and marketing.

    Hi,
These two fields are totally different with different kind of scopes in the long run. It all depends on your interest area and how you materialize it. Once you get into a B-School you will get a little exposure to each and every subject and then you can make a choice for yourself.

    Hi Aavani,
Both are best, if you want to go and explore the outer world then marketing you can choose and you can gain knowledge and can also be an entrepreneur. If you want to choose to go to finance line, then it is also good, but both are best finance as well as marketing.
