Which is better in terms of salary and demand- IT engineering or CSE?

Dear Mohith,
Both CSE and IT are software branches. So, after completing a Bachelor's degree from any of these branches you will get a job in a software company.
Salary mainly depends on the organisation in which you will be selected but generally people prefer CSE branch as a comparison with IT.

Both B.Tech CSE and B.Tech IT are similar Engineering branches with 80 to 90% overlap in syllabus. B Tech CSE is treated as a superior branch over B.Tech IT in Indian IT industry.
