Among the above mentioned colleges, ITM would be best as the course structure and placements are very good in this college. It gives more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge, almost every month some events are held to engage students, which will help them to learn something. The highest placement offered here is INR 14 Lacs, minimum is INR 5 Lacs, and average is INR 5.5-6 Lacs. Almost 80% students of current batch are placed till date. And, if we talk about DY Patil, it is a new college for PGDM. It started this course from last year itself, so can't say anything about this college.

As per my research and market trend, both stand on the same platform. You should consider other option with your good score in MAT, CAT, GMAT, N-MAT. ITM has a rank above 40 in overall B-School in India and same is applicable for D.Y Patil. If you stick to these 2 college only, you may consider ITM over D.Y patil.
