If you expect my choice while considering KIET, JSS Noida, Galgotia College, Chandigarh University, and CGC for B.Tech Computer Science Engineering, I'd confidently claim Chandigarh University. Here's why:

I don't know about KIET, JSS Noida, Galgotia College or Chandigarh Group of Colleges, because I have never been to these universities but I can really tell you about Chandigarh University because I have been a student at the university and therefore I can tell you about it in more detail.
Let me tell you that CU doesn't offer B.Tech. It offers B.E. in CSE, which is way better.

Chandigarh University have vast amount of company visits every year! About 90% students gets placed. The highest package is about 36lakh the lowest is 4-5 Lacs maybe. Average is 6lakh. Ibm, Google, Microsoft are top recruiting companies. We have different cultural events and we have excellent faculty too and the culture is also okay.

Well, as per my knowledge and information, all these mentioned colleges are very good. You can take admission in any of them, but there are few things that suits you best. You should check them too like fees, distance and other desirable things in your mind. For your information, KIET is amongst top 5 UP colleges and ranked as 2nd in AKTU. And, last year the college gave the best placement among these other colleges.
