I think both of them is a great universities. You would be also a great choice regarding if you are giving the competitive selection thing, then it would be a great university. You can refer this university for sure. On the other hand, if you choose LPU, then LPU gives you the modern curriculums, then industry-focused learning, then excellent campus infrastructure, internship, global exposure and strong placements support, especially in B.Tech specializations. As you have know that LPU have a great history regarding the placement in B.Tech, especially the students get a great, high, great placements in B.Tech. In the end, I would say that all depend upon your skills and projects and internships, and the biggest role which can play along with all that would be the college name and the placements they give.

The world is advancing rapidly, and that's why you need to upgrade yourself as per market requirements so you need to choose the right college or university and the specialisation course. Both LPU and BHU, are reputed institutes in the education industry. But if you want to go with B.Tech discipline, I would recommend for LPU owing to its quality education, certifications and placements. As per my information last year the highest package for B.Tech went upto approximately. 63 Lacs for LPU student. As an alumni of LPU I can guide you that LPU is one of the best universities and especially for Btechh as they have a robust curriculum and competitive edge through various specializations and hons programmes along with industrial tie ups nationally and internationally (like Google, Microsoft, Comptia, Xebia etc. ). Studying at LPU no doubt gives you a wild card entry to the industry. You will get many opportunities like, workshops, coding events, hackathons, PEP Classes (it might help also in internship in final year) and a lot more in LPU so that you can improve your skills, You will be able to achieve various certifications, which help you in getting better placements. Also it provides with scholarships to the bright students based on their academics, sports and other curricular activities.
