i am currently pursuing MCA and willing to do P.hd in computer science , so which one would be better after MCA either M.Phil OR ME/M.tech where can i sharpen my research /project knowledge better?

You should go for M.Tech then go for the Ph.D.why i am saying it you is all because the M.Tech. will give you a perfect platform for the research aptitude you will learnt about the various areas in the subject and will know which specific area you like to specialize in.

Mtech is always Advisable since you want to enter research Career . IITs or IISc has good infrastructure for research and you can Join and start your Research Career from one of the IITs or IISC and even you can opt for MS by research .
