Which is better- MBA after graduation or E-MBA with 3-4 years of experience?

i have completed my graduation in economics n mathematics.i want to know which option would be better, whether to pursue full time MBA now or take up a job n go for executive MBA after 3 to 4 years of experience

Its always better to opt for an executive MBA otherwise if you directly join a full time MBA just after graduation, it won't be of much help.
