which is better mba in retail mgmt. or public service mgmt??

i have done bba (h) from c.u. & got 90.03 in mat may 2012. i want to do mba. i found that the admission in iiswbm is still open but only in retail mgmt & public service mgmt .which should i opt for and why? or should i go for conventional mba from other college please help fast.
