If you feel you are technically sound and can contribute to the growth of your firm through your sound knowledge, then its always M Tech. But if you are more towards managing your department or firm than contributing technological advancements or ideas, its preferable to do MBA.

M. Tech & MBA(IT) are not comparable. One is a technical qualification and MBA is a management qualification. You must knw which is ur interest technical job or managerial job... example: u want to b a programmer or a manager?

Hello satish,
Both the lines are totally different MBA is realted to Mnagement where as M.tech is related to technology in software skills, so its depends on you that where you are interested but according to me you must prefer MBA as you are from Bsc background.
All the best

Dear Satish M.Tech will be better in current as well as in future scenario. Because if you do MBA you will be get competition from other candidates with graduation from other than engineering.
