MBA or M.Tech would largely depend upon the requirement of the specifc job, Prospects are there in both areas. You need to choose as per your liking and interest. MBA and Mtech both are good options after btech graduation , its on you , from which stream you want your post grad, management or science , if management MBA will be good and for science Mtech will be good, and both provide campus placement as on your performance
