which is better. mba or me?

Hi, Both the courses that you have mentioned have good career prospects, how ever after graduation it would be advisable for you to work for some years and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be: You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations. After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue Masters in same field, where as if you are interested in management side you can opt to pursue MBA. If you are interested in MBA, then this work experience would help you to get admission in good universities and institutes. Finally if you work for some years, you can yourself finance partial or full tuition fees for the universities. I hope this answers your query. Hi, Well I would suggest you to opt either of them as per your interest because both are highly lucrative in nature and offers a promising acareer. Representing the next higher educational degree after engineering, it takes the engineers to the higher and more specialized levels of technology. After M.E, an engineer, if he / she wishes, can go for a doctorate, which has a big demand in the areas of research and administration in the field of technology with highly lucrative pecuniary rewards and more gratifying work ethic and culture. An MBA degree is generally considered the best possible option for a graduate of engineering in the professional sector and the sooner it is acquired after B. Tech or BE, the better it is for him / her. An engineering graduate along with an MBA degree straightaway starts his career in an organization from the position of a manager. The career growth is much faster and many surveys also show that the pay package is exponentially higher. An MBA degree not only opens up better and more varied professional options but also represents higher societal and professional status for a graduate of engineering. Feel free to revert. Shams@ hi saumya, It's not that one is better than the other; it's just that they are different. The question should be, "which one is best for me?" In order to determine that, you must first acquire a vision; a specific and clearly articulated picture of the future you intend to create for yourself. This vision should be based on a passion for what you want to do and the benefit it will bring to others as well as yourself. Once you acquire the vision, your path will become clear. MBA is better if you want to on Management side. M.E. is better if you want to advance in Engineering stream. Regards Shams
