Which is better MBA or PGDM? And what is the actual minimum package given to the students? And is there 100% placement in this college?

    Hi Vandita, Actually it depends on the individual's interest that which course he or she wants to do. If you consider good career growth then knowledge is very important and through hard work good quality knowledge can be achieved which will for sure help you in getting good placements. In our institute both MBA PGDM students get equal opportunity and depending on their quality knowledge they get good placements as well. This college provides 100% assistance in getting placed.     I feel MBA is better since the MBA offers a Regular Masters degree from a Govt. University which is MDU,Rohtak in our college. PGDM is better if you can get admission in top 10 PGDM colleges like IIMs,MDI,IMI,Fore etc.
    Generally the fee of PGDM colleges is much higher than MBA colleges,so the return over investment is lower in case of PGDM.In our college, placements are good,I have heard placement packages ranging from 3.2 lacs to 15 lacs per year .Since the college is in Gurgaon,there are more than 120 companies who come every year for placements for various HR,FMCG,banks,IT,Consulting profiles.Some of our seniors have also got more th
