Always having degree is good to have rather then deploma. So MBA is better then PGDM but if you are getting option to do PGDM from good institute go for it or else go MBA...

dear aspirant,
both are equivalent. however, MBA degree is provided by an university while the other one is given by an institute. if you wish to join government services further in your career then MBA is preferred over PGDM.

Hi,
MBA is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same syllabus, so you may pursue any of these course.
