Hi Arun,
I would completely agree to what Suryap said that MBA is an Edge in case you want to go for higher studies like Phd, M.Phil etc. So, it will depend on the purpose of your degree.

MBA has an edge given the fact that you can go for Phd afterwards as it is masters degree. PGDM is post graduate diploma.
