I will suggest you to go for IIIT sricity.

Dear first of all please be kind and ask politely, IIT JAMMU IS the last IIT and IIIT sricity is better than IIT Jammu in academics and placements results.

Actually, it is difficult to compare IIT and IIIT, but as the IIT Jammu is one of the last IIT's in India, it is better to go for IIIT-Sricity, as it one top IIIT's in India.
