can i opt power engineering as optional subject for ias/ ips examination conducted by upsc ?

Mechanical Engineering is most popular course in Engineering and Power Sector has its own future in India as Power Problem never be sloved in any high populated countries. Have a wonderful life.

Mechanical Engineering is Good . You can go in Power Sector even after Doing Mechanical Engineering. in Which College you are getting Power Engineering?????? As in mostly in All Government colleges Power Engineering Students get Almost 100% Placement.
