Which is better: multimedia or animation?

Dear Priya , both the courses has good scope , normally we cant compare it , its depending on your interest, multimedia is also including some of 3D and 2D animation topics and some topics from web designing, HTML , DTP etc are included in it. where as an animation course is mainly concentrating on all parts of animation pipeline , vfx and editing composting etc . I personally prefer 3D animation and vfx , which has good scope to get in 3D animation production houses , film editing and vfx, simulation industry, gaming , architecture , medical animation etc.

The information/content in the multimedia can be represented through digitally (audio, video and animation) in contrast to traditional media.
