    Shyam,
    NMIMS Bangalore is comparatively new while it carries the branding of NMIMS Mumbai.
    While GIM is a standalone Bschool ranked amongst the top 20 bschools in India and is consistently moving up the ranks. I myself had a few options including NMIMS, GIM, TAPMI, etc but I chose to consider GIM because of the level of involvement of students in the functioning of the college, availability of student investment fund and dedicated societies and clubs for all streams. At GIM I also got the opportunity to be part of a mandatory project called Give Goa Project working alongside different clients in order to serve the local Goan society. Th

    Well, it is an extremely subjective question because both the colleges have a variety of opportunities for its students. I would rather have you explore the respective websites than ask a student for comparison :)

    We doesnt make comparisons between b-schools.Its better to consult your mentor.However GIM has been rising every year be it in terms of infrastructure,placements ,faculty or facilities.

Considering the past three years trend, the CAT cutoff remained consistent for GIM for open category. As per the GIM CAT cutoff 2024, the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM cutoff stood at 95 for CAT for the General AI category candidates. However, for other PGDM specialisations, it stood at 98.5 in 2024. So, the expected can be same for separate PGDM specialisation. Further, the GIM cutoff 2025 is yet to be released.

CAT 2024 result has been out. Candidates willing to opt for PGDM course must get ready for the admission process at GIM. Admission at GIM consist of several stages wherein it first release its cutoffs for the MBA courses. After that, students were invited to appear for Written Ability, GD and PI rounds. Then after, institutes shortlist candidates based on their merit results. It is advised for the candidates to keep track of their results. Further, they need to prepare in advance for the GD/PI rounds. Also, they must keep track of the schedule to avoid any rush.
