Which is better, online M.Tech from BITS Pilani WILP or foreign university?
Hi, I am working presently in gulf, as civil engineer and want to pursue an online M.Tech degree. Should I go ahead for WILP from BITS Pilani, which I heard is no longer being recognized by UGC, or will a foreign degree from European university will help?

I think, you have heard wrong. BITS-Pilani has recognition by UGC. And, doing a course from BITS-Pilani or from European University depends on entirely from which European University you are doing with. If European University colleges has a good brand image go for that, otherwise BITS can be preferred.
