Which is better: opting average engineering branch in BITS Goa or opting good branch in BITS Pilani?

I would never suggest to go for a dual degree because in dual degree you get a branch on the basis of the gpa you get in your first year. And you really don't that how will you perform after you get in the college because your GPA doesn't depend only upon your performance but also on the performance of other people. And there is no point of getting a degree in a branch that you don't like. Just a word of advice, no branch is good or bad. It depends wholly on your interest.
