Which is better option, IMT - Nagpur or welingkar - Mumbai/Bangalore?

I got admission offer from IMT Nagpur. They have asked to deposit fee by 18th May and classes will start by 2nd june'2012. And i got GD/PI call from welingkar and have yet to appear for welingkar GD/PI process on 12th may'12. Please suggest me which of these two college is better and what to do?
