Which is better, part-time M.Tech or full-time M.Tech?

Hello Mr. Khan,
In regular M.Tech, you have to go to college and maintain a certain attendance percentage to be eligible to appear for exams. In part time M.Tech, you have to go to college only to appear for exams.
In M.Tech, not all subjects are easy. In most of the subjects, you would need some
