Which is better: PG Diploma In international business management in Canada or Master of public policy in Australia?

Please mentioned scope of both courses after completion in both countries in terms of salary and getting PR? I completed B.Pharma in 2010 and have 7 years of experience in sales in pharmaceutical and Healthcare management.
