Based on my experience and research I would recommend you to pursue a short term correspondence/ diploma certificate program in clinical research as the fresher level job position is same i.e. Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or as a Clinical Trial Assistance (CTA) irrespective of

According to me Msc in clinical research is good because ot is a master degree. Master degree has value rather than diploma.
