I am an average 55% student, having 3.5 yrs of work experience in banking ops.I have given CAT exam and got chance in Heritage Business School under WBUT.So have left my job,

You have a good profile, so pursuing MBA will surely enhance your career prospects.
Since you have left the job in that case I would suggest you not to waste one more academic session.
