Suppose a boy takes civil in bvp and later changes his collage and take mechanical in Jaywant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's,Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Tathawade, Pune IS this a good descion.

Among these two I personally prefer Bharati Vidhyapeeth.
