I am confused between the two option which career is a better option from all aspects and future growth I have an experience of 3 year in IT software development.

If it Government Bank then its better You choose it you will get social recognition and tension free job If you talking about Private bank and top mnc software company then you should stay with software Company (MNC) Hope this will help
