If international exposure during studies are exciting to you, go for education outside of India. US, Canada, Australia, UK, NZ invite you. Rest assured you may immensely benefit. All these countries are very liberal & India friendly.

Studying anywhere outside India is not of much use. There are selected institutions in the USA and the UK which are ranked highly and they may lead to better career prospects and satisfaction.
