Which is better, Teerthanker Mahaveer University (TMU) or Lovely Professional University (LPU)?

LPU is a great place to work learn and grow. They give opportunity to their students to get the glimpse of corporate world. They give their student to work as student counselors for up to 10-12k per month during their vocations. Or regular classes time they can earn upto Rs : 25-65/hour 1. Lovely Professional University has become a leading and a progressive educational hub in North India. Into the students has made LPU the most preferred educational destination among the students these days. Lovely Professional University is rapidly growing up large on the scale of education in the country. Recently being inducted high in the ranking by NIRF. 2. Though all the universities mentioned above are good in academics but let me take LPU as an example to explain. LPU is good in terms of Placements, Infrastructure, and faculty members. LPU adopts new technologies faster than anyone, they update their curriculum even after each semester by taking feedback from the students and also to meet the latest standards. LPU focuses on practical knowledge a lot, they have high tech labs and dedicated MAC lab for iOS development, each core subject has a different practical subject for it. They give you very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Certifications from industries, Hackathons and workshops, Guest lectures, Regular educational trips, Real life live projects, Community projects etc. All are essential and integral part of the curriculum. Besides core curricula you'll also get subjects like communication, verbal, analytical skills and soft skills to improve personality and employability and be more productive. Also in today generation knowledge and education is not only based on textbooks but also on the outside world, thinking out of the box and overall learning that's why LPU offers their students to participate in lot of activities and events, the environment of LPU is very good and the academics tasks of LPU are so well planned that even in a course like Engineering you'll be able to manage time for exploring other things. I have studied my MBA programme from LPU and B.Tech from another university. If I compare both then I always think I wish I could complete my B.Tech in CSE from LPU itself. Let me share a few points why LPU is the best ever. I always suggest LPU to everyone for their higher education: Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE as well as MBA students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarship to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students on the basis of their academics and extracurricular activities Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-up with upgrade which helps students to explore themselves more in their field. Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interest such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. Infrastructure: All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. Being a alumni of Lovely Professional University I would say Lovely professional University is achieving its own Shine regularly at a higher pace be it academic, research, technology, exposures (both national and international), placements, accreditation, Curriculum Rigor and of course a conducive and diversified campus environment to live in. If I talk about Infrastructure, LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses of India which is spread over 600+ acres. Gym, Hi-Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of text-books and reference books. The campus has its own hospital, hotel, and a mall. The classes are well-designed with all the latest amenities available. Another thing that I liked about the university was that it has some of the best teachers on board. Not only did they make the classroom sessions interesting, but they were also were very friendly and catered to any doubts I had about a particular topic. I had a great academic exposure during my time at LPU. Students here get to work on live projects because of which they are able to learn in depth about their subjects. They also get to attend the workshops and guest lectures during their time in the campus which actually help them gain valuable knowledge. LPU providing quality education, and have provided good rankings to the university on various parameters like placements, quality education, industry interface, infrastructure, international relations, Tie-ups etc. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. The students of LPU has been placed in the top companies with high salary packages. The placements have been divided as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from placements, many eminent companies approach LPU to hire students for internships. A Salary package of 42 LPA was offered by Amazon.
