Which is better to join DU B.TECH prog. or join any other private universities like ITM, JECRC UNIV, GALGOTIA ,NIIT UNIV etc ?

Du affiliated colleges are not AICTE appr. bt would it make any difference in placement ,they are giving different degrees like diploma on 2 yr exit, bsc on 3 year exit and i guess bsc in CS and b.tech in cs have different syllabus , also DU has good name so will it be able to attract top recruiters
