If you are getting a government run top college with the branch of your wish, then go for it. Just have a look that at which parameter, the college is rated top as the colleges with reserved seats for students of their state itself or a very lenient admission process may not offer at par academics or required study environment. Moreover, after that SRM would be a nice option followed by LPU.
