Which is better to pursue CSE: CU or LPU?

Hi, The choice of the institute depends on various factors such as placements, academics, curriculum, extra-curricular activities, exposure to the students, etc. Keeping in mind all these factors, only one institute that comes to my mind is Lovely Professional University (LPU). Hi Himanshu, As per my knowledge Both the Universities are doing good,But For B.Tech CSE i will recommend you to choose Lovely Professional University.I would say that it is a great university which every students are looking for. Be it studies, hangout places, infrastructure or extracurricular activities, this university has it all. LPU makes leaders who are not only thorough professionals but also good human beings with values. This is just one of the many reasons why it is consistently ranked no.1. My Brother has completed B.Tech CSE from LPU itself and currently he is working with VMware with decent package.LPU is helping him grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. He told me that the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. I won't go into much detail, just a cursory look at the placements tells the entire picture. With over 600 recruiters, 800 placement drives, more than 60 companies offering more than 10 lacs remuneration lead by Microsoft, massive industry interface and more than 90% eligible students placed, LPU takes the cake by a huge margin. Its not just the placements, it is the whole lot of activities in developing curriculum according to industry inputs, teaching pedagogy and unflinching focus on excellence and professional enhancement which does the trick.
