As per my Knowledge & experience goes, the average exp of students joining BIMTECH is around 1 yr or even less than that however at BITS-Pilani average exp in fact in our batch is around 2-2.5 years. Mind u this also has an effect on your CTC that you can get. Secondly the brand name BITS-Pilani tha
