Which is better WASE M.S course from Bits or MCA?

i am student of bca final semester from bit mesra and selected in wipro\'s WASE course ,in which there is a work integrated program along M.S. from BITS, pilani.i want know that whether i have go for that WASE course or go for MCA through a reputed university .\nwhich one is better for me M.S.or MC
