Working in the US can be great for your career. They offer truly great opportunities across all fields, like engineering, medicine, law, arts, etc. Germany has easier visa requirements and better work culture. In the US you can be required to work on weekends but not so much. Germany. The pay can be higher in the US and have higher growth opportunities.
