Which is better: XIME, Bangalore or IMT, Nagpur for HR? I did B.Sc in IT and have 17 months of work experience in Infosys.

As far as XIME-Bangalore is concerned, the HR department is not booming really well. Nevertheless, things may change over time, so we cannot say anything as the market is very unstable. The teaching faculty, the companies visiting the campus are extremely good. Even the roles offered are pretty good. But, I cannot guarantee a high package in XIME. I am not too sure about IMT-Nagpur, but ROI for HR field is not up to the mark in XIME.

Since, both are reputed institutions and have carved their own niche in the respective categories. I would personally recommend to go for IMT, Nagpur. It has some of the best faculty members in the area of HR having massive industry experience. Companies like Mahindra Finance, ABRL, NIELSEN, VLCC and Zomato come to campus for placements.

IMT-Nagpur is the better option in terms of placement. Location wise, XIME-Bangalore is better option. Fees are almost same for both b-school.
