As per the data available at NIRF 2024 official site, XLRI ranks 9th under the Management category and MDI Gurgaon has been ranked 11 among the top MBA colleges in India. Management Development Institute offers the highest package of INR 60 LPA and XLRI offers the highest package of INR 78.20 LPA for their flagship course PGDM. MDI noted a rise of nearly 12% in the PGDM HRM average package offered in 2023 as compared with 2022. XLRI has seen a rise of nearly 4% in the PGDM HRM average package offered in 2023 as compared with 2022.
