Which is better YMCA University of Science and Technology or Thapar University?
I have JEE Mains AIR=39224.
I can get civil or mechanical in Thappar University.

As both the institutes are equally good and have equal opportunities for students.
As it will be difficult to provide best institutes, as the definition of best varies from person to person depending on various parameters.
