Which is Cheapest IT Course that i should go for in CANADA? I am BSc(IT) 2012 Passed out.

I have an budget of 3-5 Lac & i am looking for some cheap 1 year IT course in canada where after completing i can get work permit for 1 year. i scored 57.5%. I had 13 backlogs through out grad. I am currently working as Software developer Trainee @ Caliber Point.i want to apply for Jan,2014
