Difficulty level of studies in ECE & EEE is not much. With hard work and dedication to studies all students can excel in both the branches. -
No course is tough or easy. What makes a course tough or easy is only your thought process. If you have interest in any subject it becomes easier for you would like to know more and more about that subject.
But, if you do not like any subject and you don't find it interesting, then you will find it difficult to study. So, do not make assumptions or make any perception on others opinion. EEE is more difficult. Unless you are very much passionate about electrical and electronics.

In both ECE & EEE hard work with dedication is required, no matter how tough the stream is, work hard and success will be yours. -
We can't compare any branch each branch is different from each other but according to question ECE is more easy than electrical. -
